I was completely ripped off by this company. Lynn assured me that Dan was a Licensed Exterminator but he doesn't know about anything except for bed bugs. He spent 5 minutes in my home, charged me the full amount and then took off. If you call them with a concern Lynn and Dan will try to take advantage of you.

I hired the company because if 10/10 reviews but I was not happy with this company. John and Cassia are nice people but their cleaners are not very efficient. 2 cleaners stayed in my home for 4.5 hours and I'm not sure what they did. My house was already pretty clean but I wanted an in-depth clean. Details like surfaces of cabinets were missed. I came home in the middle of the cleaning and one of the ladies was on her phone pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot. My house was only marginally cleaner than when I left it. The work could have been done much faster but they charge by the hour and do not give a quote. **I realize now that I was unnecessarily harsh with this company. They offered to re-clean my home but I did not give them a chance. I am sorry, commend John for his professionalism and have changed my rating to 10/10**

I wasn't sure whether staging would be worthwhile but once I saw it setup I was 100% certain that it was worth every penny. Patrick is a true artist. He transformed our house into feeling so luxurious I started to have second thoughts about selling. We had neighbours complimenting our house after seeing the photos on MLS. We got tons of viewings and our house sold quickly and at a great price. Patrick was incredibly professional and and supportive from start to finish, he is a genuinely kind person. I have and will be recommending Patrick to anyone in need of staging as well as consulting him for interior design suggestions when we buy our next home. Adrian is an incredibly honest and hard-working individual and a very good plumber. He can see quickly and clearly the best solution for the job and he doesn't waste time and try to bill for more. He was also very respectful of my property while he worked. When you call the big companies they charge double for advertising and overhead and only do a mediocre job. I will call Adrian first in the future because he is trustworthy and fair. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Ahmed after being extremely dissatisfied with another pest control company to deal with mice and a rat that had moved into our basement. Ahmed was very courteous and punctual. He understood my frustration and didn't even take payment until the job was done (unlike the other company whom I paid up front but they never did the job!) He is professional, effective and kind and most importantly lived up to his guarantee. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pests. With a brand new baby in the house he put my mind at ease. I initially ordered a duct cleaning through this company based on their 6 Consumer Choice Awards. A quote for the duct cleaning service was given to me plus they offered me a free washroom exhaust cleaning. When the technician came to clean the ducts he was not very pleasant. I asked about the free washroom exhaust cleaning but was told the promotion had been cancelled. Not very professional if you ask me. A month later I had my air conditioner checked and found the furnace filter was absolutely filthy. The technician had not cleaned the filter nor informed me that it should be replaced. I called the company to complain and they offered to do the entire job all over again. The owners, John and Glenn came into my house and did a great job of cleaning my ducts (for the 2nd time) They also helped me to get the proper furnace filter for me. He called me and quoted $41/filter so I ordered two of them. What he didn't mention was the $69 service fee which totally blindsided me. I could have ordered these filters online for $45/filter incl free shipping! Shady and unprofessional.
