I found this company on homestars. I got the service because I had a number of broadleaf weeds on my front lawn. Nothing happened after the sprays. I called the company they said they would send somebody out for a respray. I crossed paths with the employee and he confirmed that the weeds on my lawn were the exact type that were supposed to be taken care of with their service. It sometimes took a couple of weeks for somebody to come for the respray. Fast forward to the fall, I now have an infestation of mushrooms on my front lawn. This has not happened before. I do not get the service in my backyard and my backyard does not have even close to the amount of weeds as my front, and not one mushroom is back there. I’ve called to express my dissatisfaction multiple times and there has not been an attempt to even rectify the situation. Ultimately I have cancelled the service and given them my hard earned money for nothing. My lawn was an embarrassment and my neighbours were upset. I do not recommend this company.

We did a complete renovation to our entire home and we needed window coverings. We met Alon at his showroom and we discussed options. He was very professional. He then met us at our home to take measurements and made sure that the recommendations were a good fit. He was honest and did not try to up-sell. He listened well to our needs. He was very quiet and clean when he did the install. Two years later the blinds look brand new. They are great quality. All of our black out blinds are so great that even an afternoon nap feels like its 3am. A pleasure to work with!

Knocked on our door after our move. Told my husband that he needed to change the hot water rental tank (it was owned and he was unaware) at no cost to us. Overpaid to get out of the lease as they didn’t respond during the cooling off period as well. Now, 5 years later, they have sold my information to the HVAC Company who harasses me 3 times per week to “exchange” my old hot water tank to a new more efficient one. They know my name and the install date. Called the company who states that they have no idea how this other company has my information. They are not an honest company. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Met with Alon a few weeks ago. The whole entire process was very smooth from start to finish. He was very informative and very professional. He explained the process in depth and everything went exactly as he said. When the window coverings were in, I got a call to coordinate an installation date, which was followed up with a courtesy email. On the date of installation the installers were very quick, professional and clean. Made this process so easy. Very happy with the products selected. They look amazing.

Horrible. Sent 2 movers when there should have been at least 4. Was told that appliances needed to be moved. Quote included 10 boxes, 3 beds and furniture. What move only has 10 boxes for an entire house?!??!?! Spent at least an hour trying to coordinate more movers to come who mostly went for cigarette breaks and one actually decided not to work because it was starting to rain... all on our dime. A stand alone freezer was damaged, our crisper drawer was cracked, floors damaged and kitchen cupboards damaged. We thought that the feet were broken on the range and were told that they were put back on and fixed... our stove has no feet and sits on a downward slope. They left the stove over the scratched floor hoping we wouldn't see. They said whatever stuff could fit in one truck could go... the rest couldn't. I still have a whole garage full of stuff. The truck leaked, my whole pantry was soggy and had to be thrown out. The two original movers were great and worked to the best of their ability... but they were not prepared for this move. No walk through was done by the company. Original quote was $1100 and total price paid was $3000 and I now have to hire other movers to complete the job. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
