I had an addition at the back of the house. During the last rain storm in July, rain was pouring down in between where the original house ended and the addition began. I called Mr. Roof Repair. The customer rep I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided all the information I needed and a quote for the job. This was followed up with a written document of the service. Two roof specialists arrived on time and after examining the issue quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved this. Included with the service call, was an inspection of the rest of the roof structure and a report on the condition of the roof. About a week and a half later I received a full report of what caused the problem, what was done to resolve the issue and a report on the condition of my current roof. Excellent service and good workmanship.

This is the second time I used SWAT Wildlife. The first time was three years ago to get rid of squirrels living between ny second floor balcony and the roof. This time it was rats inside the house. Jonny and Eden were here on time as indicated by the office. I originally thought I had mice but after investigation it turned out to be rats! They screened all the openings they found to prevent access to the house as well as set traps inside the house. We will see in a few weeks how effective this is.
