Absolute nightmare. I cry everytime I enter my kitchen. There are chips in all the cut spacer pieces because the angry installer used the wrong cutting blade . So many mistakes were made. The " new" kitchen looks like a reused kitchen. It is crooked and chipped. The framing around microwave fell off a few weeks after install. Rockwood takes all your money before insall so you have no recourse. They wanted to cover up the chips with some pieces if wood. I refused because it would look terrible. The spacers under the crown molding have all turned yellow against the white cabinets. Eventually they refunded a miniscule amount of money and replaced the glass cabinet doors after I cut myself on the exposed sharp edges but ii still have to live with this horrible kitchen.

It is important to clarify that after our installation was completed, we conducted a thorough inspection with you and every solution was agreed upon.

For your specific kitchen, you required a modern look for the mouldings, so we tried using our filler material to create a straight trim with no added detail as per your request. The filler material chipped as it was being used and mitered in an area that is not specified for this trim.

Alternative trim material, replacement material and service was offered complimentary to replace and rectify all discrepancies. As noted, you did not want us to return to complete further work at your home, so compensation + self-replacement of the glass doors was agreed upon.

This is one company you can count on! I was getting a new roof and after signing with them realized that I needed new eaves and downspouts. A week after Neil came and gave me the estimate, I contacted the brothers to let them know I wanted them to do the job, but they would have to do it in 6 weeks, before the roofers came. They said they were busy but they could do that. 2 weeks later, I asked them if I could change my mind on the colour. Colette, their wonderful mother, helped me pick the colour. 2weeks later I received a call saying, hey had finished a job early and they could come the next day. Wow great. The team went above and beyond. They were kind and courteous. Answered all my questions with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure. I was happy. There was an area that I was going to paint and they put new flashing for no charge.
