Bilal was so responsive from the first contact He provided a quote very quickly and stuck by his quote. He worked with me to find a day that worked for my very busy schedule and was there when he said he would be. While cleaning the gutters he took time to explain what would be done and to take pictures to show what he was cleaning out. He also provided great advice for maintenance. He found a leak and was able to fix it during this visit. Thanks for the great service!!

About 2 months ago, Ravi first came over to service our washer which was unexplainably filling with water when off. He knew right away what the issue was. He arrived, diagnosed and repaired the washer in such a quick and efficient manner. And also a very fair price point! When I asked him about a fridge ice maker / leaking water issue Ive been experiencing since the start of the pandemic he again knew right away what could be the issue. For two years no other appliance repair company has been able to help or diagnose the issue. I was at wits end with this 6 year old fridge and had started shopping for a new one. Thank goodness I didnt buy one. Ravi rebooked me for a fridge service once the part arrived. I was sceptical that he could fix this. Again, he did such a great quick job and fixed the issue. 2 months later and no more leaking ice maker. Highly recommended Rick and Ravi!

This is our second time using Capps and we were very happy customers once again. From the initial phone call to the final transaction we were treated to extremely professional, courteous service. True to word, Capps showed up on time when expected. Prices are very reasonable by comparison and Capps goes above and beyond. We paid what was quoted and there were no surprises. Had full duct cleaning in our 2400 sq ft home. We can already tell the difference in air quality. My in laws also recently used Caaps had similar experiences! We highly recommend this company!

From the beginning, Mike and Aldo were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a vision in our mind and wanted our unfinished basement to be a seamless extension of our 5 year old home. Sonoma made that vision come true! Mike was always quick to respond to emails and call, made great suggestions when we were being indecisive and gave very good advice when needed. Our original design would have made the basement look closed in, and Mike worked with us to create a design that had all the elements we wanted and kept the space very open and clean. We were able to fit a bedroom, TV room/family room, kitchenette, full bathroom (with bench) and Study/storage room, with good storage space. He also completed our garage putting up shelving for storage and completed our main floor family room TV mounting and home theatre wiring. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch! When we saw deficiencies that concerned us (such as some drywall issues with walls and flat ceiling) Mike made sure his crew came back out, no matter how often, to address our concerns. His crews were always courteous to our family and the clean up during and after renovations were well done. While our project went over the estimated timeframe, it was understandable, as delays were caused by vendors and special orders. Sonoma was not the cheapest quote, and as with most renovations, we did have some additional costs, but mainly due to upgrades we wanted. Any additional costs were always approved first. And as the saying goes – you get what you pay for! The end result was worth it and the wait. To date the follow-up and after-sale service has been great and Mike is still quick to respond to us.
