I recently had the pleasure of using Toronto Drain's services for a drain repair in the wall of our basement bathroom, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Trevor demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence that exceeded my expectations. Trevor took the time to assess the issue thoroughly and explained the repair options as the precise problem was hard to diagnose. It ended up being a kitchen drain blockage and pipe crack which was located in the basement bathroom wall. Once the the problem was found Trevor and his team carried out the repair in a timely manner. Once the repair was complete, the drain was working flawlessly, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Trevor even went the extra mile and installed two toilets for me. He left my bathroom clean and tidy, with no mess or debris left behind. Their attention to detail and respect for my property was truly commendable. I had the torsion spring of our garage door break and immediately called around for someone who could fix it same day (Saturday). Fix It Right had a competitive price and were able to come within 2 hours. The spring was replaced and I also had them replace the wheels as they were starting to fail. They were courteous and explained everything thoroughly.

Decided upon using Paintcore in late 2013 after receiving estimate from Rade to refinish and paint our dull, yellowed white kitchen cabinets and doors. Rade is a personable, knowledgeable guy who assured us of a great job. Two doors and one drawer were in rough shape, so he said he could build new ones to match. We said great and waited to hear back when they were done and ready for install. When install day came he said he couldn't match door style so he tried to fix the existing doors. He discounted the job accordingly, and the doors seemed okay. During the install, one area of the kitchen was not properly shielded from the painting of the cabinets. Some overspray ended up on our vinyl shutter. He had to come back for some touch-up on the doors and we pointed out the issue and he gave us a cleaning agent and some touch up paint for any other issues. This was appreciated, but the cleaner ended up deglossing the vinyl and over time has yellowed. Also, the doors that he had tried to save have started to have paint chip off the areas that were patched and painted. Were we happy initially?....Yes, but upon closer examination of the patch work done, it was below par. A little more care in the sanding and finishing of the troubled areas would of made them last a lot longer.

We needed to replace our aging wood builder windows. I had a few quotes and all were very similar. Decided to go with Clera after visiting their showroom and reviewing many people's opinions about their quality, service and installation. Diego installed the windows and did a great job. He worked diligently and I was very impressed with his workmanship considering he had 31 windows to install and cap with matching aluminum. Couldn't be happier. Easy to maintain and don't have to paint them anymore.

Had to bite the bullet after our 20 year old Lennox furnace starting having issues, water leaking & gas valve malfunctioning. Searched for a good, reputable HVAC contractor and found a few. We had no heat and I definitely wanted a Lennox again, so Boris got the job as he was quickest to head over and take a look. He gave his estimate and recommendations. I completely agreed and the next morning unit was installed by Kam in a fast, tidy manner. Boris followed up by completing the warranty registration and submtting for IESO rebate.

Scott communicated clearly and concisely all what was needed for my self-diagnosed repair. We negotiated the price and he sent Dwayne (technician) to do the job and I could not have been happier. Very courteous and tidy. Job was done within time allotted. I would highly recommend for any gas-related fireplace repair. 100% Satisfied.

Called Alex and within one week had a smooth, professional installation of potlights on our main floor. Alex managed to provide a good layout with minimal difficulty. Will be calling him again very soon for our kitchen remodelling.
