In one of the coldest day during the winter, we discovered that we had a leak somewhere along the water main line. After getting a plumber to give us a temporarily water solution, we searched out for a permanent solution in replacing the water main. Gerry was one of the few companies that responded to our request as all the plumbers were busy going around fixing frozen pipes, and he was the only one that was willing to come out to give us an actual "free estimate" without charging up to around $200. Gerry came over the very next day after our conversation, and was able to give me a quote and guaranteed that there will be no overrun cost as they had a plan B and plan C in case their trenchless method did not work out. The project did turn out to have a little hiccup and they did have to dug an extra hole in the yard + a hole in the drive way concrete and actually took at least a day longer than they anticipated, but they were thorough with their job and clean up. I would definitely recommend them based on their competitive cost, Gerry's responsiveness, their respectable and professional employees (Alex's team and Jose's team), and their technology/skills (trenchless). The only detractor for the project was their timeliness on the 2nd and 3rd day, and the concrete repair on the driveway was quite uneven. However, given everything else they've done, that was only a small detractor. Realistically, it's a 9.5/10.

We needed to have a house inspected before finalizing on a purchase, and we decided to go with Sean after seeing his positive reviews on Homestars. I was not able to see Sean in action for the majority of the inspection, but according to my realtor, he was very thorough with the inspection. Luckily, I was able to meet with him towards the end of the inspection and he was able to walk me through the house to point out his findings. He was also able to generate a very detailed report on the same night, which was a pleasant surprise as we weren't expecting the report until the next day. We have already referred him to two other family members who were also very happy with his service. We definitely won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I needed to have my chimney removed due to separation from the house caused by land settlement, so I contacted a few chimney companies and Robert was the first to contact me, assess the project and provide me with a quote. His quote was very reasonable and so we decided to go with him. He started the project in a timely manner and kept us updated as he progressed on the project. He was very upfront and honest with his quote ; he actually went above and beyond the scope of the project to help us with the other tasks, such as plastering the exterior wall, capping the other chimney, and some small capentry work. He provided many useful hints not only about the chimney but als other aspects of the house. For the price and service we received, we definitely recommends Robert and his company to other homeowners.
