** I just want to say after I expressed my concerns, everyone at Brock bent over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. Immediately, I heard from them regarding an install date and while it was a little later than originally discussed, it didn't matter. The install team just finished up this morning and it looks beautiful. One door handle was damaged in transit from the factory but they made note of that and it will be replaced. Overall, good job.
I don't normally leave a bad review but I am hoping to at least solicit a response from the company regarding my installation. Our install was supposed to happen before Christmas or at the latest, the week after Christmas. Now I can't even get anyone to call me back or give me an answer on when this is going to happen. Standard size door and window, nothing custom. We contacted this company because of the reviews but have been disappointed by lack of follow up from the salesman, to the technicians taking measurements, to the customer service representatives that don't get back to you when they say they will. We haven't even made it to install yet! Was my order not large enough to matter? There won't be future orders at this rate.
