Needed to order and arrange for delivery for quite a bit of drywall and supplies. Service was quick and thorough. They even waived the delivery fee b/c they could not guarantee delivery time due to the busy season. Delivery was made with care and even though it was raining the product was in excellent condition.

Working with Steve was easy. Took my time picking up samples and I was able to take them home to whitby for a week. Steve was quick to provide quote, write up the order and arrange for delivery.

Cleaned up all the messy wiring in the garage while install a proper light as well as an outdoor receptacle in 2017. The team was easy to deal with, on time, thorough and friendly.

We are in the middle of a main level renovation and we had a question on if some headers and posts were structural. Emad was very thorough, and gave our project much thought. Mike was very responsive and helpful with this project as it was happening with a redo of all of our landscaping. He even helped guide me with making a request for the city. We had some unexpected changes as we moved along and Mike was very flexible. The driveway was paved today. We are pretty happy with the end result.

Rick from Red Rose was patient and informative from concept to conclusion. His team was FANTASTIC. Respectful, professional and SKILLED. It is apparent the team takes great pride in quality workmanship. The results speak for themselves (as well as the neighbours as they pass by :) ). From when we entered the store Junaid was very helpful yet respected our space to allow us to discuss our options and make a decision. Today was delivery day and everything went as promised. The men were polite and efficient.

We needed 6 windows and a patio door replaced. From the quote to the installation Jon and Cindy were great to work with. Very polite, friendly and HONEST. If you are looking for a educational no pressure apprach this is the place to go. We had 3 quotes in total and although Clera was not the cheapest we decided to go with them. In my opinion windows and doors are something you dont want to have to do often and the saying "you get what you pay for" applies. Even on the day of install the workers were friendly and courteous and most important efficient. After the work was done my husband and I had a question. Our call was returned the next day and Jon even came back out to see what we were questioning and provided a reassuring explanation all within 24 hours. Even if the above is not enough of a reason for you to choose Clera maybe the fact that this is a CANADIAN company with an excellent warranty program will do it :).
