An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Our Maytag dryer was able to run but there was no heat. We checked HomeStars, saw Sam's reviews and called him. He arrived later the same day and was thoroughly professional right from the start. He very quickly determined what the problem was (defective wire), explained it to us, made the repair and tested the dryer to ensure it heated up properly. He also vacuumed the dust and lint inside the dryer and was extremely tidy. We loved Sam's promptness, courteous manner, helpful hints and technical knowledge. We will definitely call him again for other appliance repairs, if required. Thank you so much Sam!
