RCC did a fantastic job with my basement. Mike went step by step through the process of what needed to be done and how it would be done, then Sam and his crew can in and did an excellent job. All were very professional and easy to work with. They took very good care of my property and cleaned up the job site. They even took away an old post that was cemented into the ground beside the house that wasn’t needed anymore so I didn’t have to make a run to the dump. Sam even took the time after the job to go over some things he saw that might cause future problems and how to avoid them before I need another costly repair. Very glad I called RCC to help with my problem. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, they will be my first call.

The job was done professionally and effectively. The installers took the time to go over what was done and answer any questions. The beginning of the process was not as positive. Knowing it was a small job I expected to be less of a priority, however it took three weeks to confirm that someone was eventually coming to install the windows and that was only after I reached out to them. Once that was resolved, the rest of the process was very good. There was some miscommunication as the sales person said the windows could be capped on the outside and the installers said they could not, but a sales person not being fully aware of one issue that was specific to our windows wasn’t something that we felt was anyone’s fault. Overall we are happy with the job that was done.

The crew that came to my home were very friendly and great to deal with. They did a fantastic job removing everything I wanted done (and it wasn't easy for them). /10
