Bryan is a very personable guy. He came out three times, once for an estimate, then to show me samples and finally to do the job. His price was competitive, he was prompt and his craftsmanship was excellent. We were really happy that we chose him for this project. The picture attached is not our home but the colour and materials are identical. I would very strongly recommend him.

North Durham Appliance was one of three local appliance repair companies I called. I left two messages for the first one which were not returned and North Durham retuned my call and booked me an appointment immediately before the last one returned my call. Their technician Ryley came out the very next day. He was polite, focussed and capable. He replaced a defective part, declined my offer of a coffee to get the job done quickly and charged me very reasonably for the part and the service. I would strongly recommend him and his company.

we ordered 2 natuzzi armchairs in April. We paid a deposit at the time. We were told the furniture would arrive in August. When we called and called about delivery of the furniture we were told that this store was having some sort of dispute with Natuzzi. They said they couldn't refund our deposit because they were having this dispute with Natuzzi and that their accounts with Natuzzi were frozen, which sounded like BS. They told us to contact our credit card company for a refund. Our credit card company tell us that they cannot help us because the original deposit was made more than $120 days ago. Also, we bought a curio cabinet from them. We wanted to go pick it up and asked that they please measure it for us. They didn't want to be bothered and told us that it was 6 feet high. Upon having driven from 30 km away, we found that in fact the cabinet was 6.5 feet and wouldn't fit in our car and we had to argue with the stockroom guy to stop trying to jam it into our car. Credit card company says to call police and report them for theft and/or sue them. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!!! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE THE PURCHASE.

My hot water tank failed. I called at 8:00 am, was told that I would have an appointment between 1 and 5:00 that day. A serviceman by the name of Josh Wynne arrived at 2:15. He was polite and replaced the necessary parts to get my water heater going in half an hour.
