AZ Painting repainted the trim of our large duplex. They were professional and efficient, arriving on time each day and doing a thorough clean-up each evening. Amir was impressively organized, kept in close communication with us and our duplex neighbours, and completed the job at his estimated price, ahead of schedule. He reviewed the entire project with us when it was finished, to ensure there were no deficiencies. We were entirely happy with AZ, and we'd definitely use the company again.

We have the best-quality fence in the neighbourhood. They were one of our slightly more expensive quotes, but they were fast, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater quit on a long weekend. Milani attempted to help us fix it over the phone, for free. When that didn't work, they were at our house extremely promptly, and charged less than quoted by two other plumbers.

We met Pierre in 2001, when we were introduced by our realtor. She had used him for years, and credited him with her record of zero leaky condos sold, right through the leaky condo crisis. Pierre has inspected four homes for us. After we put an offer in on our very first apartment, he inspected it -- and failed it. A few years later, we saw it under tarps. Once Pierre passes a home, you can feel confident in your purchase. We even knew what maintenance we were going to have to do over the five years to come. He's incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. We can't recommend him highly enough.
