- Company Response
Sep/21/2020
Hello Steven,
We went through the scoop of the project with your wife Jennifer and provided her with our proposal. Our proposal is well detailed and self-explanatory. We are a transparent company and we mentioned every surface and area that gets painted in our proposal. Before starting the project we also had our pre-production meeting which again, we walked through the areas that are getting painted which were stated in our proposal. The areas you referred to me after one month that the job was completed were not part of the project and those surfaces were never mentioned in our proposal to be painted. Jennifer also mentioned to us that you are looking to sell the house and are only interested to perform minimum work to keep the cost of the proposal low. This resulted in agreeing to only paint the visible areas.
In our pre-production meeting, you requested to be emailed as the point of contact and an email was sent out to you two days before performing the additional work that was required to perform before finish painting the remaining areas. The cost to perform the work was mentioned and a follow-up call was placed.
Due to failing to respond after two days; we also brought it up to Jennifer.Based on our signed proposal, we completed the work two months ago and since then you have failed to have our invoices paid. In your last email, you also stated that you are not looking to settle. Due to a lack of response and not looking to settle, you have left us with no choice but to escalate this file.
To settle this matter kindly contact us at your convenient time. I look forward to hearing back from you.Regards,
