She also provided us a quote for her full service which includes design, 3D rendering, contractor selection process and working through project implementation. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for interior design services.

I contacted Shawn when I required to submit the 2 yr Tarion Warranty claim for my home and I wasn't sure what was included under Tarion 2-yr warranty. Shawn showed up on time, explained what's in scope, and did a thorough inspection and sent me a report with all issues and pictures annotated. He returned later when there was a water leak a week later and advised us what we need to add to the claim. His price was very reasonable given our bigger home with 5 bedrooms. I had the pleasure of knowing Cordell when he deigned and installed interlock walkway and front steps at our detached home in Richmond Hill. Cordell was extremely polite, respectful and responded to all our concerns before he started the work. He advised us on the design and in the selection of stones that fitted our budget and requirement. The installation was over a 3 day period and was smooth and completed on time with no issues. Every visitor to our house mentioned about how nice our walkway and the steps look. I would like to thank the Rock Steady team for the beautiful end product that transformed our home entrance. This company was referred to me by my realtor agent. The stager came to our house and suggested new furnitures for the living, family, and Bedroom. She also mentioned her crew can move my existing furnitures to our garage for an extra $200. When she got back to me after several she told me that she can only move my furnitures at a rate of $100/hr. I thought the amount was high (even software developers don't get paid so much). Also it became impossible to reach her by phone as she told me she was extremely busy all the time and could not take a call. I got frustrated as she was wasting my time and couldn't get answers to any of my questions. As I was forcing her to give me some answers and a final quote, she told me she cannot work with me anymore as I'm "bothering" her too much. After 2 wasted weeks with this firm, I had to start looking for a Stager all over again. Be careful if you happen to deal with this firm.

This is the second project we went with Lehel and the Aliance Source for hardwood flooring on our main floor (900 sq ft). Tom, who did the actual work of removing exisiting parquet floor and installing new hardwood, was so meticulous and precise. The end product was a well laid out smooth floor with zero squeak. I highly recommend Alliance and Lehel for anyone looking for flooring work.
