I contacted Shawn when I required to submit the 2 yr Tarion Warranty claim for my home and I wasn't sure what was included under Tarion 2-yr warranty.

Shawn was amazing! In today's housing market it is almost impossible to get an inspection prior to making an offer on a home. As a result, we asked Shawn to come once we moved into our new home and Shawn was quick to accommodate. He took us around the house and pointed things out and took the time to educate us on different areas (structure, moisture, plumbing, etc). Shawn's report was so detailed and it has given us a "checklist" of items we need to address and watch. Shawn was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone!

Extremely pleased with the work from Clarified Home Inspections. Shawn is professional and very detailed. In our home buying adventure, we had Shawn inspect 3 houses in total for us. This saved us from some very severe headaches and other possible health issues due to the condition of the houses inspected (great looking inside and out, but when you REALLY look, not so much). Shawn will get the information you need, and he isn't afraid to get dirty, even if dirty means crawling through an 80y/o crawl space.
