I saw some nice reviews about Spring Home Heating & Cooling and decided to give them a try as I was in the market to get an AC unit put in for my new home. Making an appointment was easy. Cheryl their receptionist took my information and said a salesman will call you back soon. Within an hour or so, a gentleman by the name of Cy called me right back. He seemed very knowledgeable and so we I decided to go to their showroom that evening and get further information. Once there, Cy was waiting already waiting. He asked me all my needs and then explained to me in detail as to what type of unit would suit my home. Their prices too are very competitive. To get the proper quote, he needed to visit my house. That same evening although it was pass 7pm, he came over even though I live 45min from his showroom. He once again went through all the procedures that will be taken by the tech if I was to go ahead and get the AC unit from him. he made me feel very comfortable as he knows what he is talking about and has extensive knowledge in this area.
A week later as it was all booked through Cy, the tech came to my house as promised on time. They took their time and installed the Ac unit that I had bought. They too were very knowledgeable as they also knew what they were doing. After a few hours, they explained to me all that I needed to know about the unit and warranty stuff. They cleaned up and left. I am extremely satisfied that I went with them to install my AC unit and would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a AC or furnace unit or to even have it serviced.
