AtlasCare restored my faith in customer care. Everyone from the answering service... to the emergency tech ...to the salesperson (Rudy) to the install crew ( Eric and Jermaine) ....exceeded my expectations. Every phone call was returned...Every promise was kept....Everyone was efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. Worth every penny!
I will keep it short...I wasted enough time. Given a 'morning to sundown' appointment time to repair an air conditioner...had to call Mersey twice afterwards as it was going on a 10 hour wait. Assured we were still on the list. No one showed....no one called....the operator had no idea what happened when we reached them at 11pm. How sad and disrespectful. What a way to ru(i)n a business.

I am the first to admit that I am very picky person. I am also pleased to report ( and support) gtalawn. I enjoyed a first-rate experience. The entire team from start to finish were complete professionals...reliable, efficient...knowledgeable...friendly. I like the fact that people now stop or slow down when passing my home to admire the lawn...money well spent!
