After trying to book a repair with several companies for our AC unit that is on the second story of our house, I booked an appointment with Spring Home - Shawn was on time and could not have been more helpful. I was hoping it would be a quick fix but it took quite a bit of creative problem solving to identify the issue and fix it. Shawn was amazing at solving the issue and getting us back to having AC. Mice and Cockroach extermination
Itty came to spray an old building we had just moved in to and were renovating. The contractors had found that mice had chewed the wires and there were some small cockroaches (it had been a pet store before we moved in). He was on time as a complete professional and I was able to book the service and have the work completed within a matter of days. All work was done quickly and he gave excellent recommendations on how to keep the space free to rodents and bugs. Would highly recommend the Pesticon team in the future!

Eavestrough and Soffit replacement
Can't say enough good things about Jacob and his team. We have had a real challenge finding good service for any work on our house (painters, contractors, etc.) - it is quite common to request a quote from a company and then they never show up to do the job, or don't even get back to you with a quote. Jacob was not only lovely to work with, he followed up and did everything he said he would on the schedule he had committed to. Work was really well done and we are thrilled to no longer be worrying about our old eaves come the fall and winter months! Will definitely be recommending Jacob to our neighbours!
