After a disappointing experience with another company, I stopped in at their small showroom in Burlington. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They showed up at the scheduled appointment time to take the measurements, and were very professional. I was promised by them that they would be installed before New Years day, even though it was getting close to Xmas. We were shocked when they called back one week later and asked if we minded having them installed BEFORE Christmas. Wow. The installer was very skilled and did a great job. The shutters look so good, we're having them back in the spring to do some additional windows. Would highly recommend this company for all your window coverings.
