We hired Blair on a friend's recommendation with a few projects in mind and he not only helped us to refine our vision into something practical and affordable but also did a beautiful job executing the work - so much so that we brought him back to do more. He was great at listening to what we wanted and offering helpful suggestions. The projects included tearing down an old-built-in wardrobe and replacing it with a custom-built desk to create a study nook in our upstairs hallway; using an economical mixture of Ikea and custom carpentry to create a built-in wardrobe in our bedroom; replacing backyard fences; building a deck and outdoor stairs; and designing and building a unique backyard shed to house several canoes, kayaks and paddleboards along with gardening tools. Blair is great to work with. He has a positive and relaxed attitude and a great work ethic. We would highly recommend him and hire him again.

We are 100% satisfied with the work Bert and his team did on our bathroom renovation and various other repairs they were more than happy to tackle at the same time. We brought Bert in for a quote on our bathroom replacement after he did some great work for a couple of our neighbours. We were immediately impressed with with Bert's knowledge, confidence and pricing, and with Bert and Ron's incredible work ethic on the job. When surprises popped up, as usually happens in our old house, Bert did a great job in informing us and proposing a professional solution at a reasonable cost, approaching everything with the attitude "what would I do in my own house." We were so pleased that we tacked on several other projects including window replacement and re-plumbing some basement drains to quickly fix problems that we've been living with for years. We'll definitely be calling Cando Renovations for our next project.

Jon did a great job replacing the secondary heat exchanger on our furnace. He showed up right on schedule and was very friendly and informative. Belyea has been very professional in addressing the concerns with our equipment and standing behind their installation and service over the years.
