The movers were very polite, professional and fast. The cost was appropriate for the amount of items moved and the relocation from Scarborough to Mississauga. I recommend anyone moving to give New Era a call.

Last night just after 800 pm Bad Boys delivered my order. When they arrived they were very courteous. They unpacked the boxes and began to move the fridge into the kitchen. I had already removed the old appliances but did have to remove the 1/4" round trim from the entrance to the kitchen. My old fridge is the same size as the new one. As they were moving the fridge through the opening one of the male delivery guys said it wasn't fitting and he proceeded to rip the other trim off the wall. He not only tore the 1/4" round off but also the entire base board. I was not impressed to say the least. They then pushed the oven into its spot. No inspection was done and they immediately left after asking me to sign their little machine. I began to unpack they appliances and noticed that the stove was defective. There is a foil insulation strip inside the oven door that is just hanging there. It was in plain sight. I'm assuming the door will need to be removed in order to get at the foil strip to replace or repair it. I will now have to repair my wall/ baseboard as they guy broke it when he removed it. At the time I offered to remove the 1/4" round trim for him but he just ripped it off the wall and passed it to me. I will be calling the store to file a formal complaint but have attached photos of the wall and the condition of the oven. Please advise how I can get my oven repaired so I can use it.
