Our dishwasher was having excessive standing water lately. I reached MO and he quickly recommended replacing the inlet valve and provided us a reasonable and clear breakdown of the cost. Mo arrived on time and as expected he was very patient explain what needed to be done. The task was completed in a profession manner. He cleaned out the scene before running a test circle making sure not water leak was present. We are very happy with Mo's service and will definitely have him back to work on other projects. Chris was brought back to tackle another leak issue I had in my house. My powder room ceiling showed signs of water damage in the result of toilet leak above it. Just like the last project he did, he patiently explained to me the cause of the leak and presented the solution for it. He was super tidy around his work area. You can hardly tell the area was being worked on after he left. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who has issues with leak in your house. You won't be disappoionted!

I reached out to Mamuka back in late August to address a long overdue water leak problem that ended up damaging my basement closet. Mamuka came in on time and patiently explained to us what needed to be done and what options we might had. We were happy with the quote he gave us so we went ahead hiring him for the job. Later we told Mamuka that we will need to break the project into 2 phases because we had an upcoming full-scale window replacement project coming in our way. He was very accommodating with our schedule. He came in a week after just to cut an opening in the closet ceiling so that I could brought in plumber to fix the leak. After the pipe was fixed, we asked Mamuka if we could spend a month of time just making sure the leak was completely resolved before moving onto phase 2 and he was nice enough to accommodate it. Last week, Mamuka came in spending a day and half on the remaining restoration tasks. We can't be happier with the results!! Mamuka was very professional the whole time, took good care of his work area and made sure the site was thoroughly cleaned after he left. We are very satisfied with him, will definitely bring him back for other projects in the future!

Chris was brought in to fix a prolong leak issue on my basement main pipe. He did a text book job demonstrating how a professional contractor should be like. He arrived on time, polite, explained issues and solutions with confidence. Most importantly, he cleaned up the scene after work was completed. I always look at small details like that which often dictate my decision whether I want their service again or not. Also, JP did a wonderful job coordinating the whole things. He returned my request promptly and patiently listened to me explaining the issue. He was nice enough to put me on a earlier schedule than what was originally booked.
