I purchased Dorya Furniture from this company. The furniture arrived with the seams of the seat pillows messed up. Arteriors tried to fix the problem which I discovered involved a piece of fabric floating around in the seat cushions. Nothing was done. I was given lip service that meant nothing. It turns out the furniture comes from direct interiors. By this time the fabric on the seat cushions and the back pillows are twisted and will not stay in place. I called Direct interiors and Arteriors many many times. DORYA the manufacturer would not do anything. Direct Interiors persuaded them to reupholster the sofa or pay for upholstery. I did not trust them to reupholster and they would not even pay me for the whole quote I got for reupholstering. DORYA offered me $1500 and Direct Interiors paid me another $500. This sofa is garbage. This company Arteriors is not to be trusted and DORYA furniture is horrible. They do not know how to make furniture. Do not go into this store. It is a total rip off.

One of our shutters dropped and broke. I called many shutter companies for repair. None would even pick up the phone. Mike of M3 Design group not only picked up his phone but came to my house right away. He repaired 2 shutters and returned them painted and ready to install THE NEXT DAY. His service was beyond prompt. As it turned out he was the made the shutters in the first place. The product is top of the line.

Our drain for sump pump was cut by Hydro while they did some work on our lawn. Waterworks put in a new sump pump, a marine grade battery run back up sump pump, a drain with a tracer cable, The job was done very professionally. Our original sump pump as it turns out was from Canadian Tire. I wouldn't hesitate to call Waterworks again. Susan, Don Mills

Gold Seal did a great job. They were one of the few companies who actually removed all the old material before replacing it with new caulking. They were at our home on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Susan, North York

Frontier Hardwood flooring was an excellent company to deal with. They have a very impressive showroom (better then most). Rob and Angelo were very easy to deal with. The job was completed in only 5 days. Frontier went above and beyond in our time frame. The job was absolutely beautiful. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable company who does an excellent job

We had a total bathroom reno. Very little plumbing was moved. Len had very little control over his trades. As the work was on and Len got more payments he seemed to loose interest in the job. We have a heated floor which does not work very well. I'm not sure the floor is code. There is a cabinet missing a piece, gigantic holes in a vanity because the plumbing did not fit properly and was not fixed, faucet handles that come off. All in all this was not a professional job. There was money owed to us that was not paid. Buyer beware in the case of Aquaworks.
