I have been contemplating for the past three years to build a shed in my backyard. I looked up a number of contractors and finally decided to go with The Shed Installer Guys. When speaking to Matthew he was very patient, gave me a run down on what to expect from him and there was no pressure from his side. He assured me that I would be fully satisfied with his work and he stands true to that. They are very professional, accommodating and very polite. Always had a smile and did an amazing job for me. I have been thinking of my rug cleaning for a couple of years and did not like the idea of having it sent out. I got the name of Fedri from Home Stars after reading his reviews and called him. He explained to me his process. I must say for the first time, I was amazed on how organized he was. Once the appointment was booked he sent me an calendar invite confirming the appointment and on the day, through an app, I was notified that he was on his way and both father and son, arrived on time and went to work almost immediately. They both did an amazing job, very pleasant to deal with, always willing to answer questions that we had and they acted in a very professional way. I must say that my rugs feel and looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their rugs clean in-house instead of having to send it out. We have known Pawel for the past 10 years and he has done many job renovations for us - the latest was the bathroom. Pawel, is someone you could trust 100%. When he undertakes a project, he will see it through. He is always there when you call him and has a very pleasant personality and even during these times of uncertainty, you can rest be assured that he will finish what he started. He may take a little longer to get it done due to no fault of his but he will stay the course and rest assure you that the job will get done. If you are looking for a good contractor who is reliable and trustworthy than Pawel and the team is the person. Very professional, excellent customer services. Tina handled calls and was very polite and accommodating. She was very quick to response and had excellent people skills. The crew came on time and did an excellent and finished the work on time. What was very impressive and which I hope everyone will follow is they took a photograph of before and after the work was completed and within 48 hours an email was sent thanking us for our business in which the photographs was included. Excellent Service - Mark and his friend was extremely polite and paid special attentions to making sure that all the vents were cleaned including my dryer. I have had my duct cleaned before but no one had offered the service of cleaning out the vents for the dryer. The guys were amazing and was on time and did an excellent job - would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Paul - you have two great guys.
