I have been thinking of my rug cleaning for a couple of years and did not like the idea of having it sent out. I got the name of Fedri from Home Stars after reading his reviews and called him. He explained to me his process. I must say for the first time, I was amazed on how organized he was. Once the appointment was booked he sent me an calendar invite confirming the appointment and on the day, through an app, I was notified that he was on his way and both father and son, arrived on time and went to work almost immediately. They both did an amazing job, very pleasant to deal with, always willing to answer questions that we had and they acted in a very professional way. I must say that my rugs feel and looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their rugs clean in-house instead of having to send it out.
