From our first meeting with Dan to the last follow-up with our project manager, Fabio, the experience with Penguin Basements has been exceptional. This company is professional, personable and makes you feel like your project is important to them, rather than "just another job". All of the tradesmen were professional, thorough and clean. The Buildertrend app allowed us to keep up to date on who was coming and what jobs were being done. Materials arrived in a timely manner and this allowed the trades to get to work without down time. The cleaning ladies finished off the project and our basement was left in a state that was ready to enjoy. I have no hesitation in recommending Penguin Basements as a builder for any basement project. A big job, done in under 4 weeks, with proper permits, to code and proper inspections.
