Jacky responded quickly to my request for an assessment and delivered a very professional estimate and a reasonable price. The work was more complete (full underlayment) and complete than the last replacement I had about 20 years ago and for only marginally more money. The team were really diligent and respectful of my property. I can't imagine the job being done better. I just wish I'd been able to use them 20 years ago.

Tom arrived promptly and did a thorough job cleaning all components. He showed me some maintenance options I could do myself. I also enrolled in cost effective annual maintenance program.

In trying to replace the cartridge on the faucet for our bathroom tub I damaged the rough-in for the tap and it had to be replaced. I called a few companies and was told the earliest appointment was at least 5 days away. Priority was able to come the next morning. The job was bigger and more expensive than I expected but did take the two workers (Greg and David) over 3 hours. They did a very careful job replacing all the copper plumbing connections. It was clear throughout that doing a quality job was very important to them. I was relieved to get the problem resolved as quickly as I did although (as noted) surprised at the total cost. Given that I didn't have competing quotes and the problem was resolved so quickly I think the cost was probably competitive and fair.

We have a 17 year old whirlpool bathub (standard 5 foot length) that was pink. We wanted to upgrade our sink and toilet but pink is no longer available so we did them in white. Did not want to replace the tub so we had Superior refinish it in white. Work just completed but looks great. Ryan (the technician) was prompt, thorough, and efficient. The manufacturer of our tub is no longer in business so we couldn't get new jets and covers so Superior refinished all those as well. Need to wait 48 hours before reinstalling but so far we are very pleased.
