Leonid fixed dryer and cleaned vent, a few weeks ago. He discovered dryer was not installed correctly 10 years ago and dryer shell was filled with lint. No wonder it was not drying well. He also replaced rotor bearing (it had been noisy). Leonid spent more time than he planned, but wanted to do a good job. He and company were easy to deal with. I will use them again

Colin responded to request almost instantly and cleared nest by the early evening. There was some delay due to threat of rain. Colin was very friendly and easy to work with

Alex advised and replaced faucet. He came when he said he would. Terrific service. Would use him again. Faucet was broken and needed replacement. He came back to finish the job. He only charged me once despite needing to make two trips

Havent had windows cleaned in years. Nesta and Melissa did a great job. Great to deal with. We can now see !!!! Will use them again for other cleaning jobs. Reasonably priced

Joe came on time and fixed the problem on a newish dishwasher without new parts. He went out of his way to service the problem much faster than I expected. I think he would have come the same day if I had been at home. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and effective.

Bevan and his team were great. They provided us with what we wanted. Much of the work was done quickly (they started when they said they could start) and the workmanship was excellent. There was some back and forth with a supplier which delayed completion however. Bevan went out of his way to ameliorate our concerns and completed a few extras without charging us.

Asked Elite to remove large, dead tree on property line with neighbour; many overhanging branches over our houses. It took many months to get city approval. Elite guided us through process and spoke to neighbour and myself and reassured us that tree needed to come down.Once permit was issued Elite was easy to schedule and did the work on a cold day in December - no problem.
