We rented a Reliance tank for over 12 years and when my quarterly rental jumped over $100 I decided to do what I should have done a long time ago: buy a water heater. A local reputable company came and installed the new tank AFTER I obtained the return number from Reliance. They returned the tank to Reliance the next day, March 12. Three months later I receive a new bill for my rental!! I called them and after spending 30 minutes on the phone and faxing the proof to them, Diane tells me all had been cleared. Today I received "the corrected bill" showing a credit of $82! I don't need a credit from a company I do not have a relationship with! What can I do with a credit from them? I paid them regularly for 12 years and now that's how they treat me.

A few mornings ago we woke up to a very cold house so I went to the basement to see what was wrong with the furnace. Of course, not being a technician, I couldn't know what was wrong other than that it was only blowing cold air. The Aire one sticker was on the furnace so I called them. I was surprised to see they answered the call even though it was before 7am. I was expecting a voicemail. They were able to squeeze me in for the same afternoon. Turns out the problem was the thermostat not the furnace. I decided to get a new programmable one to replace the simple one. In only one hour the house was comfortable and I was glad to hear the technician say I have a bullet proof carrier furnace they installed for the previous house owner. They have a monthly insurance plan so starting yesterday I have a complete new warranty on the furnace. Did not know something like this was available because I would have gotten it at my old house too. I had another company service that furnace and I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars with that furnace. Long story short, I am very happy with aire one service and their furnace insurance.
