Contrary to the corporate name, the service was anything but. Edward was professional and personal - diligent upfront, taking the time for a site visit so there were no surprises on the day. He beat competitors' price by $500 and was able to bring gas fitting to code charging a mere $90 more. I am so impressed with this experience, I would not only recommend Consumers Energy Management to others, but I am a now a HomeStars fan and will use this site for all future work. I have had 2 great experiences with Airplus. This miserable winter, first the furnace in one of my properties broke down. Airplus was there that afternoon, and stayed late into the evening to fix it at a reasonable cost. Then the furnace in my other house cacked out. They had the entire furnace replaced in half a day - I barely noticed their presence. No inconvenience, great service and reasonably priced.
