Had 4 windows replaced with a different company in 2015, over all experience and finished product was quite disappointing. Dreaded going through that again. 2019 winter caused one of our old windows to split between planes causing mold to grow inside window, not wanting to use the same company again a Co-worker recommended using Supreme Windows as he had some replaced using them recently and was quite impressed. Contacted Supreme Windows and Les was the one to reply to my email, Les came by and right away made my wife and I feel very comfortable and relaxed chatting about all windows, after having a look at our window problems Les went through our options we told him our budget and he stuck to it also guaranteed us we wouldn’t have to go through the same problems we did the first time around with that other Window Company (EC). Took about 4-5 weeks for our windows to be made and the call came we booked a Saturday, Matt the Crew lead liked working Saturday’s. Matt and his crew showed up and went right to work. Everyone was friendly and did there best to stay out of our way while doing their job. Took most of the day but the installation looks fantastic very impressed with the excellent workmanship. They cleaned up after they were done and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Look forward replacing the rest of my windows in my house with Supreme Windows in the near future.

Mike was great, felt very comfortable right from the beginning until we said good bye. He's very knowledgable about everything that has to do with a home. Answers any question honestly and keeps it simple. Mike inspected a poor window installation I had done 1.5 years ago and was having constant water leaking issues when it got cold outside, didn't take Mike long to find numerous problems that all contributed to my water leaking issues. Mike had all the right equipment with him to do his job properly and competently. The installer that performed the job was standing there while Mike was showing how not to do his job, the installer was dumb founded and speechless. Nice to have a guy like Mike to go to bat for you against these companies. Mikes final report was thorough with great pictures and explanations of all the problem areas. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to Recommemd Mike to anyone needing anything inspected and double checked with there home. Thanks again Mike

I contacted 4 Security Companies for quotes to install a new system in my home. 2 were quite shady, and 1 did nothing but put down the competition consistently. Liberty sales representative I had the pleasure dealing with was Doug Stebner, he was very personalable and knowledgeable about there product. Very patient with all my questions and concerns, no matter what time day or night he responded quickly to my emails, and believe me there were many, but Doug took the time to either reply to my emails or just contact me by phone. He didn't use pressure tactics to make the sale just good ol honest hard work. I felt comfortable dealing with Doug and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone even my family. The appointment for installation was quick and Nathan was very professional during the installation and had no problem showing us how to use the system. The equipment used is good quality, we have had the alarm system for a month now, with no problems or false alarms. The mobile phone App to arm, disarm and monitor the security system is easy to use and informative. What else could you ask for. We had a very good experience with Liberty Alarm.

Great Company to deal with, Price was reasonable after having 6 quotes done. The product choice and pricing options was also nice comparing to other companies only quoted 1 shingle type and pricing option, a few companies didn't even go on the roof to see what needed to be done, something about satellite imagery, but I prefer the personal touch Alex gave spending the time going over the whole roof taking his time and seeing what really needed to be done. Any questions before and after the job was complete were answered quickly either by phone or email, the crew showed up on time and were great at keeping the mess all on the tarps they put down all around my house. The clean up was equally impressive, finger prints rubbed off siding, area swept with magnet to pick up missed nails, eavestrough cleaned out the best they could with out a hose or water and debris ended up in a garbage bin they dropped off before the work started. Done Right Roofing even went out of there way helping me repair some damage to my house from Hail, Thanks again for that, small companies do go out of there way I feel. I Like to thank Alex, Estimator, Jordan, crew lead, Darcy, General Manager and Sarah, Installation Administrator, Roof looks Great. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Done Right Roofing, Happy Customer.
