Very friendly and efficient cleaning staff, always get the job done quickly and well. They customize the cleaning needs - i have a busy household and sometimes i dont want everything cleaned, they communicate well and respect my demands. scheduling system notification is excellent for keeping me organized as well.

The owner came knocking on the door and said he would be able to help us with the lawn and garden care. He sounded trustworthy and knowledgeable about the subject, so I gave him the business. He was supposed to come back for two visits, while 80% of the work in the first vist and 20% of the work in the second visit. I paid him in full for the first visit, he gave me a receipt and also emailed me a copy of the invoice etc. that looked like it was a professionally managed company that has things under control. The first visit went fine, I got the mulch, some seeding, soil etc., although other than the mulch the grass didn't work out very well, not sure what kind of seeds were used. He claimed he used better than garden store stuff that only landscapers get. Then his team never showed up fo the second visit or application or do the grubs treatments as he cleared charged for. When I followed up with him he kept saying the crew was too busy, he was burned out, etc. made me feel bad for him, so a year later I still never got what I fully paid for. Maybe he had a bad year, but I will not recommend him or buy from any door-to-door salesman any more.

We hired HHP to do several projects, from simple room painting to tile replacement and then full basement reno. What impressed us the most is their excellent communication, reliability and commitment to keep their words and stick to budget. Their price is reasonable and they offer a variety of products and services so it's a one stop shop for all our various needs. They are also very thorough and patient in explaining all options and their recommendations.

My humidifier broke and I first asked for a diagnosis and end up buying a new one from Boonstra. I find their service to be excellent, the dispatchers were warm and courteous, and technician (Luiz) was very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up spending more than what I wanted, but I was persuaded that it was the best value because he waived the diagnostic fee and did a free furnace tune-up. The services was great, no issues, and I didn't even need to supervise (although if i wanted he would explain everything to me). It's not the cheapest but I feel the service quality I get was indeed worth it.
