Kris and his brother helped me out of a tough situation. I was left high and dry by a contractor who went out of business mid-project, leaving me with half a fence and a skeleton of a deck that needed to be brought down. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, timely and the finished product is amazing. Kris walked me through every potential change that was required before it happened and was very sensitive to the challenges I'd had up until that point with the other contractor. I've already booked them for a project in my front yard and they will be my go-to contractors for many other projects moving forward!

The gentlemen who did our cleaning were prompt, professional and did an amazing job. All my questions were answered and I now feel much better educated on furnaces and ductwork in general! They also paid special attention to help get the nursery warmer as it's the furthest from the furnace. Overall I am very happy. 10 out of 10!

Their customer service was excellent when it came to ordering product and taking our money, and then it disintegrated from there. Items were backordered for months but we weren't notified, so when it came to pick them up in time for the renovation, we were out of luck, and moreover they tried to tell us we didn't need those items to do the renovation (really? a vanity and sink is an option). We would have been ok with everything if they were at least apologetic or tried to help us, but they were rude and condescending. They also gave us a shower kit without a hose, and tried to tell us they had given us the hose. Finally they looked at the security footage to verify they hadn't. Also, beware, you cannot return the vast majority of what you order because it is special order. Now we are out $500 because of something we cannot install. All in all, buyer beware. Horrible, just horrible customer service.

Found ourselves in a bit of a pickle during this latest cold snap with a frozen pipe in the kitchen. He got back to me within 10 minutes of my phone call and was at my house just a few hours later, in spite of being incredibly busy with all the OTHER frozen pipes around the city. Very professional, very courteous, and most importantly, there when we needed him! Couldn't recommend Santos more!!
