Kris and his brother helped me out of a tough situation. I was left high and dry by a contractor who went out of business mid-project, leaving me with half a fence and a skeleton of a deck that needed to be brought down.

They were incredibly helpful, courteous, timely and the finished product is amazing. Kris walked me through every potential change that was required before it happened and was very sensitive to the challenges I'd had up until that point with the other contractor.

I've already booked them for a project in my front yard and they will be my go-to contractors for many other projects moving forward!

I needed to replace columns and the pillars on my porch due to them being rotten for a long time already. I reached out to Saville construction and actually talked to a person as opposed to an answering machine. They came for an estimate and helped me to select the type and the color of the pillars. Communication over the phone was great, the job completed within a day. Highly recommend.

Kris and his brother Anthony replaced my 1922 thin and damaged hardwood on the main floor, had to repair the joists to bring the floor level, install a sub-floor and then instal the beautiful oak hardwood floor. They worked very hard, handled the unanticipated problems efficiently and effectively and finished it all with new baseboards and shoe rail. Great work, very responsible, highly recommended!
