With heavy downpours we started to have a leaky roof. Our roof is barely 10 years old.
Ben Took a quick look and told me that we needed to add some caulking around our exhaust vents, main stack and chimney flashing. He was near certain that this would fix the problem.
We have since had some very heavy downpours and the leak has completely stopped.
Ben was also very friendly, reasonable and took the time to chat with me and explain things to me and let me see what he was doing as well. Daly
