This was the 4th or 5th time I have used Green and Spotless and each time it is the same - the service is second to none and the results are fantastic. Our kitchen floor is over 20 years old, and now the tiles and the grout look almost brand new. The broadloom upstairs and in the basement look and feel so clean, it is amazing. The couch also looks great again. Alec and Devon are both so kind and professional - it definitely feels different than when other companies come to do work in your home. People are correct when they write in their reviews that Green and Spotless could teach other companies the way to operate. If you need anything cleaned, do not hesitate to call them - you will not be disappointed. Thanks you guys.

This was the fourth time that we have gotten new window coverings from Ivano. Originally I had no idea who to contact, so as always, I went to Homestars and I was not disappointed! Now I would not use anyone else. Every time, he shows up immediately, gives great advice, and is back when he says he will be, to install a beautiful, quality product. Totally painless process. You will not find a more personable, knowledgeable, efficient company. Ivano does a sensational, fast installation job - you would never even know he was there. We would highly recommend that you contact him if you ever need any window coverings. Thanks again, Ivano - great job!

We have been trying to figure out some way to cover the window arches in the front of our house for years. We had recently used Ivano for solar and roller blinds, and were extremely happy with the finished products. So when I called him back to ask what could be done, he suggested doing a template and having a PVC frame made, with the matching roller blind fabric fixed within the frame. In one room, he also had a blackout layer put behind the decorative one, to ensure darkness. In the other room, we just wanted to block out the glaring sunlight, so he used the matching solar shade fabric. The results were fabulous! Ivano never fails to deliver - we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!! Thanks again, Ivano.

Our entire lawn was destroyed by carpenter ants, so we called Pest Zone, after finding them on Homestars. Gancy came out and sprayed everywhere he saw any evidence of the ants. He was very informative and knowledgeable - and spent a long time making sure he sprayed them all. He informed us that due to the fact that it was outdoors, there was no warranty. But he did say if we saw many ants, to give him a call. Unfortunately, we did see several places where they seemed to be re-appearing a week or so later. When we called him, he returned and basically re-sprayed everywhere - at no charge. His customer service is the best! On top of everything else, he is so nice. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Thanks so much again, Gancy.

We were more than satisfied with every single thing about Ivano - he returned my initial call before I could even finish leaving him a message. He came over to show us what was available and to measure, the next day, and promised the blinds would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Two and a half weeks later, they were all installed! He took the old blinds away, did a beautiful job installing all the new ones, even cleaning a twenty foot high window for us, before putting up the new blind!! He provided such excellent advice - it has never been so easy to choose colours, design, style - it really was painless! You honestly could not ask for a nicer, more professional, meticulous businessman to deal with. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful end result. We could not be happier with our new railings - they turned out exactly as we had hoped (only better, if that is possible). Everyone we dealt with at Art Metal was fabulous. The two young men who installed the railings were excellent. After they were finished installing, they spent a lot of time meticulously touching up any spots that needed it, so they looked just perfect. They left our property spotless. The end product is outstanding. We would most definitely recommend Art Metal. Well done!

I contacted Alec at Green and Spotless to clean our carpets and ducts, because they had done such a great job a couple of years ago, cleaning our ceramic tiles. Once again, they did an absolutely fantastic job. The care that they take with your home and furnishings cannot be compared - they are literally the most professional & friendly company I have ever dealt with. The carpet in our basement was terribly stained, and they got it looking almost like new, going over it and over it, until it came clean. They also steam cleaned an old couch in the basement, and now it looks great! The broadloom on our upper level now looks and feels so clean. Alec and Carlos did just a wonderful job again. When we called Chouinard Bros., Scott Goldie came right away to give us an estimate on a new roof, and was extremely helpful, polite and friendly - very responsive to our many emails - sometimes in literally just one minute. We were very impressed with him. The crew were also really nice and did meticulous work. They cleaned up constantly, doing a complete clean up each night. When they finished, you would not have known they had even been there, except that the roof now looked fantastic. We would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. They were all outstanding. Thanks again for a great job.

I was looking for a company to clean my tile & grout and I found Green & Spotless on Google which took me to Homestars. I read all their reviews and was very impressed. Alec & Devon explained everything to us and how the process would go. They showed us before & after while cleaning our kitchen tiles & the results were amazing. They also did some minor repair work in the shower, and an extra procedure, both at no additional cost. You very rarely get something of value for nothing these days. The care they took in protecting our property was phenomenal. The reviews really do reflect their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I will see you guys in the Spring for some Carpet Cleaning. I have honestly never had better customer service and felt completely comfortable with them in our home. Thanks again.
