We had an alarm ringing upon returning home from the lake and thought it was the smoke detector. Called and got connected to someone who walked me through the whole system only to discover it was not the system at all but a carbon monoxide detector.. Took a lot of time but he stayed patient and calm while trying to figure it out for me. I was not so calm since the sound was so piercing. Thank you. We bought our house 31 years ago after it had been completely renovated. We moved from Winnipeg and so we were not familiar with the trades etc. Our Irpinia kitchen had beautiful white cabinets which are perfect today. Recently there were some issues with hinges, and drawers that had loosened and broken with lots of us. I called customer service, spoke to Jay Alvarado, who took my issues and immediately took care of them. He first sent me new hinges but I was not comfortable installing them. IN the end he sent a service rep and he repaired and fixed what needed and my kitchen looks brand new. Even took the four small drawers back to the factory to be repaired and covers replaced. We have a 25 year old security system and Steve at Home Protection Plus has been great at keeping my system up and running without any major costs. Other companies had suggested a complete replacement at huge expense. Even with small issues, rather than making a house call he talked me through it.. and fixed the problem. Excellent service.
