Had a pool installed last year; the heavy equipment wrecked my front and back yard and the old sprinkler system was toast. Niño came day after I called, assessed the site and quoted the job. I got a lot of confidence that Nino knew what he was talking about. He showed up with his son, Stefano, on the scheduled day and installed the sprinkler system. They came back 2 weeks later to lay down the new sod and explain how the irrigation app worked. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Angelo ALWAYS answered the phone when I called with any questions or concerns. Royal Stone was not responsible for installing the pool; only the surrounding landscaping. Work was done in September 2022 during the pandemic. They completed the work in 4 days; about 2500 sq ft of pool coping and stone work. During that time Angelo suggested a few different design/cosmetic details mostly pertaining to the surrounding border affect and they were able to effect those changes changes in the fly. Angelo was forthcoming and honest throughout and was sincerely interested that the project was completed to our satisfaction. Bottom line is they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Valentyn showed up on time to replace my kitchen faucet and snake out a clogged drain. (I poured some powder done the sink and it basically turned to cement). As it turned out, due to the multiple bends in the pipes and the garberator it was not possible to snake out the clog. Valentyn removed all the piping under the sink and streamlined it so that it would not clog in the future. He must have spent an extra 2 hours and only charged me a nominal additional amount. I will only use Draincom for plumbing from now on.

6 years ago we bought a 30 year old house and it looked like the deck in the back was built at that time. The boards were 3/4" thick and deteriorating to the point that I was worried someone might put their foot through one. The main deck off the main floor is quite large, maybe 400 square feet, and is about 8' above ground as there is a basement walkout. There is also a similar size deck on the basement level and a smaller deck off the upper level. My main concern was that a few years ago I had installed an expensive glass railing around both upper and main decks and I did not want that disturbed. Fortunately I had made the decision to attach the railing to the outer infrastructure instead of with posts directly into the decking. I contacted Rob in July on the basis of the reviews in HomeStars. He arrived for our meeting on time and basically told me exactly what I wanted to hear, namely that he could replace the boards on the main and upper levels with 1-1/4" boards and that the lower level was fine because they were actually 1-1/2" boards. He gave me a fair price on the spot and I did not bother to get a competing price. As I was having a large party on the deck at the end of August I needed to have the work done by then. Rob promised he would start work mid-August and that is when he showed up with his brother Dave. Once they started they did not finish until the job was complete a couple days before my party. Rob and Dave were very congenial and conscientious. I would not hesitate to use them again.
