Pat was quick to contact me after I posted my project on HomeStars. He provided a quote at a reasonable price and told me he could could get the job done within the timeframe I required. The team came on a Monday morning and worked straight for two days+ to get the job done. Pat was quite meticulous with all aspects of project (eg. leveling the forms, finishing the concrete, etc). I've spent many years trying to maintain my lawn on my own (ie. applying fertilizer multiple times a season, extra grass seed, topsoil, aeration, and trying to contain weeds), with mixed results. I signed on with Hometurf in 2017 and have been with them three full seasons. My lawn has never looked better and I don't have to do the work or store fertilizers, seed, etc. The price is very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Hometurf if you are looking for lawn care services.

I had Carson Dunlop perform a home inspection for my home purchase before closing deal. I was very satisfied with the inspection as several issues were found: - Bathroom fan venting into attic creating mold - A few electrical receptacles not working, one ground fault and some wiring exposed (not within code). - Several small issues with roof (eg. deteriorating shingles, caulking around flashing cracking/shrinking). The inspector walked through all items and let me know expected life span on items such as AC unit, furnace, etc. Also provided rough costs to replace items like these, roof shingles, etc. Everything was documented in a great home guide binder that I have referenced quite often as it is very useful. I wouldn't buy a home without a home inspection and would readily contact Carson Dunlop again.
