Ordered a replacement washer and dryer. Thankfully the model I chose was available, so I was able to have it delivered within a few days. Delivery and installation went smoothly. I received an automated call the day before and was able to track the delivery online. I was happy to get good quality replacement hoses. It's been 3 weeks and so far so good. Would recommend and buy from here again.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. All contacts (quotation, booking, re-scheduling) with Jia Jia Moving were very professional and courteous. Rates were competitive and clearly communicated with confirmation the day before moving. Movers were prompt, friendly and efficient. I will be calling them for my next move!
