Attic AC installation started by another contractor, sloppy awful workmanship, ceilings ruined, registers left unattached etc......asked them to leave. Hired another company to finish the install and start us up......paid alot of money to them to inspect and finish only to find out that not all work was completed....played telephone tag and listened to excuses for 2 weeks from them. Finally found Mersey, made us believers again that there may actually be someone in this industry with some integrity . Great service, spent lots of time explaining everything....will definitely use again

Shody Shody Shody workmanship. Technicians spent more time going to local Home Depot for parts/tools etc they did not have. Completely unprepared upon arrival. Main technician probably spent 8 out of 9 hours on the phone with his girlfriend the one day I was on site. Brand new ceilings ruined when cutting holes for registars, all crooked, some just cut too big. Ended up asking them to leave our house. When we pointed out that they had forgot their ladder the main technician Mike couldn't be bothered loading it so he just told us to keep it.....that pretty much says it all. Wrote a detailed email to owner to let him know the things we were unhappy about, his response was laughable. We had to have someone else come in to finish the job
