We used KS Concrete for enlarging 3 existing basement windows and 1 new window.  The work order indicated that lintels were included, however, the job was done without lintels.  Several calls, text messages and emails to Paul, the owner, have gone unanswered.  Cracks have developed in the walls and we have had to spend thousands of dollars to fix.  In addition, our garden tools went missing and we got a foul smell in our basement and on investigating a  pipe which was in the basement was filled with excreta from his workers.  Please consider this review before contracting this company.  If you need to speak to me about this company please call me at 6476417208.

My air conditioner broke down last summer over the weekend and we were stuck wondering who to call to repair it as we have been ripped off so often by contractors. Luckily, my friend referred Nick from Olympic heating and air and even though he had a busy schedule far from my house, he made the time to come the same day and fixed it for a nominal cost which I think would be half of what other contractors would charge. If ever I have a problem with my furnace or air conditioner, I know I have someone trustworthy to fix it.

We had a good experience with Stone Selex for the installation of stone veneer over our windows. Lucas arrived on time to give us a quote and he was very courteous and professional. The quote was reasonable compared to other contractors we had met and the workers did a good job with minimal disturbance and cleaned up after they finished. We will not hesitate to refer Stone Selex design to our friends and neighbors and will definitely use your company again if we need to do more stonework in or outside our house.
