CAS provided excellent customer service when purchasing my appliances. After that I was kinda on my own. Delivery came as scheduled over 4 different dates, sometimes the delivery guys were great (like today 5/5), sometimes not. Mostly, the ability to get help, product information, installation support- anything at all after the sale, was basically impossible. CAS was great at their part-selling. After that they use a myriad of vendors for delivery, installation, and the appliance manufacturers for warranty. All the after-things took forever, were extra, and were inconsistent in quality. Moreover, neither the salesperson nor any manager from CAS could assist or persuade the vendors just transfer me to the vendors phone queue. So overall, what could have been a 9/10 rating became a 6/10 rating for the new appliance experience at CAS.
