A negative experience that followed a very good experience
I don't like to write bad reviews. I wrote an excellent review after the first experience with this company. The second experience was very disappointing. So, to balance out my reviews and ensure a more reasonable reflection of my overall impression of the company, I am writing my first bad review. An unprofessional crew arrived and left after about 15 minutes. The fee was not fair for the service provided. As a returning customer, I expected much better service. I have not called them again and I am not sure that I would use them again.
