Dimitri did an excellent job installing a new lock and repairing an existing lock and keys. Fast response time, efficient and tidy work, and reasonable price. Dimitri is a very pleasant person too! We highly recommend.

Ravineview did a complete renovation of our galley kitchen, from demo to drywall, window and door replacement, plumbing and flooring. This company was one of the very few willing to listen to our needs/wants, work within our budget, and also work with our existing galley layout. We never felt pressured into taking down walls or doing an addition. Tim is a great contractor who keeps to a tight schedule, keeps on top of trades, and communicates regularly with clients. He and his crews arrive on time, are courteous, do excellent work, and keep the job site neat. There were a few delays and lags in communication, but overall, we are so happy with our kitchen transformation, and highly recommend Tim and Ravineview.

PHI Design did a fantastic job renovating our galley kitchen and breakfast eating area. And they are really nice to work with too. PHI was one of the very few companies willing to take on our relatively small galley project. No pressure tactics to remove walls and do an open-plan. Oksana was friendly and listened to our ideas and concerns. She then came up with a great design that improved flow, created an illusion of space, and optimized storage. Somehow our galley feels two feet wider and higher than before! She also designed a beautiful coffee station cabinet that is very streamlined and yet still so functional. Love it! Tim and the installation crew were also great to work with - fantastic attention to detail and pride of craftsmanship. We asked for some custom details (framed/inset cabinetry and 2 rounded cabinets/doors) and they rose to the challenge and delivered. Sometimes communication lagged a bit and there were a few minor delays, but overall, our experience with PHI was very positive and the final result is stunning. We're very happy to recommend PHI Design to anyone looking for a creative and dedicated team of kitchen professionals.

After much research we went with Direct Energy to replace our old slant fin boiler. The Weil McLain boiler and indirect fired hot water tank seem to be the best unit for our domestic needs. Fabian and his assistant (sorry we can't remember his name), did a fantastic job installing our new boiler. They took the time to work through all our questions and needs, they left the house neat and tidy and the installation work was impeccable. Customer service from Vito and John was excellent throughout the process -- they were very responsive to our needs. Direct Energy follow up service has been great. We needed them to come back to replace a noisy circulating pump. They were by within a day to replace it. The one piece of advice I can give anyone replacing a boiler is to remember the hardware is only one part of the equation, you are paying for service and installation. This was a two-day job (that for us) required directing ventilation pipes to a new location. The direct energy team helped us find the best location and made sure the exterior vent was discreetly installed. Highly recommended.
