Work was done quick and on time. Forgot to do 1 piece of work at outset but that got fixed quickly. The cribbing to keep the insulation in place didnt quite go all the way around so a few inches gap meant it snowed on me a little to check out the work so Ill give them a 9 not a 10. But would use again and recommend.

Started out well. Zale is professional and we went back and forth on the project a few times. Always called/ texted back in a timely manner including weekends which was very appreciated as I had a leaky roof and wanted to get going quickly. Got the job done on time. There was a problem as some of the work they said theyd do they didnt. Was quickly corrected as I hadnt paid them yet. They then asked for final payment which I did pay promptly but noted there was some damage they had done to some stucco. Everything had gone well up until then that I thought wouldnt be an issue...little did know. I emailed and emailed and got nothing back. I got back in touch with Zale which quickly prompted at least a call back from the customer service guy. We arranged for me to call him on a Monday as I was travelling which I did. He never got back despite a voicemail and several texts. Its been around 3 months since I mentioned this damage they did and despite many emails /texts on my part, and empty promises on their part, nothing has been done. And oh yeah Ive collected around 25 roofing nails on the driveway which I can only guess are related to two recently flattened bike tires. I know theres lots of great reviews so all I can say is make sure everything is done before you pay these guys as customer service will completely ignore you. I gave a 5 ultimately as I have a roof now that doesnt appear to leak, the initial work was done promptly, and Zale has been very communicative. Unfortunately some others around him appear checked out. -*** update*** My review seemed to draw more attention to this situation that had clearly fallen through the cracks. Took a while but all seems resolved.

Put on a metal roof only 1.5 years ago. Had a problem early on that they did eventually fix (but damage in the house cost me money). Now the roof is leaking all over. They don’t reply to text, emails, or calls. I put on a steel roof to try to avoid costly repairs and to sleep well at night thinking that is my forever roof. A genuine nightmare.

My experience with this company was very negative. Initially, Wilfred was quick in responding to emails as we discussed the plans for my cellar. He and another guy put in some racking for my wine cellar and put in a cooling unit. Before he was even gone, i mentioned to him that the cooling unit didn't seem to be cooling much at all. He said it was fine and that it could take a while for the area to get properly cooled down. After 2 days, it was still no colder, so I emailed him. He said he'd come by and look. Came by while I was at work and told my wife it was fine. I was definitely wondering by this point where he was coming from as it was still no colder. After a full week, and after reading the cooling unit manual I emailed again to further address. I was concerned about the ventillation based on the manual requirements but always thought it was the unit. He had no insight to offer. Now is when things really started to go downhill. He'd take 2-3 days in responding to emails, and was full of excuses..."I'm away for a few days", "i'm trying to get in touch with the manufacturer but they are away", "the manufacturer said if i bring it back and they say it works, I'm out the money and stuck with a used unit"...he actually said this...like somehow that is my problem! I paid him to do racking and provide a working cooler. Period. I eventually got in touch with the manufacturer myself, who was very accomodative and sent me a new unit. That unit worked...so I installed it as well as did some other work he should of done and never did. I emailed Wilfred to tell him i'd done everything and that I thought it was sad that the guy I paid to do this could not in any realistic timeframe. He didn't even respond to that email. The whole ordeal was 5 weeks, and very frustrating. In summary, Wilfred was very dissapointing. He showed no desire to get the work done, and really showed a lack of competence (at one point he said that the unit would cool if i put all my wine from my wine fridge to the cellar...that makes no sense and all i would have done is ruined thousands of dollars in wine). Avoid at al costs.
