Purchased and have installed Navien in August. Salesman late for appt. and did not mention the model with a buffer tank, which I would have selected to avoid the "cold-water sandwich".Installation was ok, done by only one guy who had to ask me to do some heavylifting. Subsequent calls to Installer (other company) on some technical questions and the issue of not providing me with the model with the buffer tank were never returned.
