After extensive research we chose London Eco Roofing, to replace our existing poorly installed metal roof that leaked. We had to wait longer than originally indicated for our new roof, but once installers arrived, it progressed smoothly. The installers dealt professionally with a problem we encountered when existing roof was removed. However, this was remedied very quickly. The work crew were friendly, polite and well organized despite poor weather conditions. Our house is now warm, leak free and looks amazing. We have received many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We would certainly recommend London Eco Roofing to anyone needing a quality aesthetically pleasing new roof. We have rated the project 4 out of 5 because we would have liked to have received updates or better communication from the company while waiting anxiously for the job to be started. Otherwise an excellent job.

The sales rep. Peter was courteous, professional and helpful, and the price was excellent. The installers were both excellent and very personable. The porch enclosure far exceeded our expectations and has received many favourable comments. The experience from start to finish was stress free and we would not hesitate in having future work completed by Northern Comfort, or in recommending Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to family and friends.
