I had an emergency situation and leaving for vacation the next day and Reliance came to the rescue. Chris and his team, were fantastic, coupled with Janice having made all the arrangements made for a super easy process. Another Calgary company had missed a very critical piece of the previous high efficiency furnace instal resulting in us, new homeowners, having to pay almost $6,000 out of pocket at a very critical time! Reliance was able to get us a brand new unit, overnight, and showed up on our doorstep the very next morning and worked tirelessly all day getting this furnace installed properly and efficiently.
